New Banksy Valentine’s Day mural has been vandalised by a vandal within hours as commonplace spray just about 48 hours after it was drew on the side of a house on Marsh Lane, in Barton Hill, Bristol in SW England On Feb. 13.

About a week later, Banksy shared three images showing initial sketches of the little girl, before he arranged a specific design on his Instagram. He wrote, “I’m kind of glad the piece in Barton Hill got vandalised. The initial sketch was a lot better..”

For now, the artwork is covered with plywood to protect it from other offenses.
